1 hurt, 1 killed in SUV, bus crash near Disney World
ORANGE COUNTY, FL – A 53-year-old man operating a charter bus sustained minor injuries, and a 33-year-old man driving an SUV was killed when he hit the bus near Disney World.
This fatal wreck occurred on Buena Vista Drive before 9:30 p.m, Click Orlando reported. As indicated in a preliminary report, the 33-year-old man drove off the road and overcorrected, which caused him to venture into the bus lanes. The driver of the charter bus tried to swerve to avoid getting hit. However, he was unsuccessful, and he was struck.
The 33-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. The SUV passengers, which included two 12-year-olds, were unharmed.
