1 killed, another hospitalized after 2-auto crash in St. Pete
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – One person passed away, and another was hospitalized for serious wounds following a 2-vehicle crash Wednesday.
This collision happened after 10 a.m. at 51st Street and 1st Avenue South, according to WTSP. After the silver Infinity sedan and a white Ford Ranger collided, the driver of the Ford Ranger was ejected from their truck and perished at the site.
St. Petersburg Police said the Infinity driver was hospitalized.
Police shut down the north and southbound lanes and have not released additional details at this time.
