2 hurt when SUV rolls over, crashes into pole in Cape Coral

CAPE CORAL, FL – Two people sustained minor wounds after their SUV rolled over on its side and collided with a light pole around 3 a.m. Friday.

This collision happened near Cape Coral Parkway West, according to NBC-2. Cape Coral fire crews said the driver lost control of the SUV, leading them to hit the light pole.

The two injured occupants were entrapped or pinned and then extricated by fire crews. First responders then transported them to a hospital for treatment.
