2 sent to hospital following Miami Gardens collision with school bus
MIAMI GARDENS, FL – A Chevy Equinox driver and passenger were hospitalized after their car rolled over after sideswiping a school bus turning left and another vehicle.
According to NBC Miami, this crash happened Thursday in the vicinity of Northwest 17th Avenue and Miami Gardens Drive. After the bus and Chevy made contact, the Chevy overturned, the impact leading the car to then strike a third automobile.
The seven children on board the bus were unharmed. Authorities did not specify if the school bus driver and motorist of the final vehicle were hurt. However, they did say that the Chevy driver was left in serious condition.
No other information surrounding this crash, including the physical condition of the Chevy passenger, was reported.
