2 teens killed in Palmetto Beach crash
TAMPA, FL – Two teenagers were left dead after a crash in Tampa’s Palmetto Beach district along McKay Bay before 11 p.m. Sunday.
ABC Action News said the collision took place at the intersection of South 20th Street and Hemlock Street. The 18-year-old teenage boy and 17-year-old teenage girl suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
It appears speeding was a contributing factor, and no other vehicles were involved in this collision.
Officials have not released additional information regarding this fatal crash.
