2 trapped, extricated from cars after Cape Coral pin-in crash
CAPE CORAL, FL – A pin-in crash was reported at the intersection of Cape Coral Parkway West and Pelican Boulevard Friday.
The force of the collision caused a driver of a red Volkswagen and a driver of a dark gray Toyota Corolla to be trapped inside their vehicles, according to NBC-2.
As seen in the source’s photo, the gray car had significant front-end damage. The red car also had reported destruction.
The drivers were extricated, but it is unclear if they suffered injuries or were transported to a hospital.
At the time of reporting, all northbound lanes of Cape Coral Parkway were closed, and only one lane was open.
