26-year-old woman killed in collision with semi-truck in South Orlando

ORLANDO, FL – A multi-vehicle collision involving a semi-truck in the Meadow Woods area claimed the life of an Orlando woman last Thursday night.

According to WJXT, the crash occurred on Boggy Creek Road near the intersection with J. Lawson Boulevard at about 11 p.m.

Troopers say the woman was driving an SUV behind a semi-truck, when it slowed for a traffic light, causing her vehicle to slam into the rear of the truck.

The unidentified 26-year-old woman was transported to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead later on.
