Woman, 30, killed in car-pedestrian crash in Kissimmee
KISSIMMEE, FL – A pedestrian’s life was claimed after she was hit by a car around 5 a.m. Wednesday.
The collision occurred on U.S. 192 along Griffin Road, according to Click Orlando. A driver of a 2020 Toyota Corolla was driving in the westbound lanes. Simultaneously, a 30-year-old woman was walking on the southbound lanes. That is when the pedestrian entered the driver’s view and was struck.
The driver remained at the scene and waited for first responders to arrive.
The 30-year-old woman gave in to deadly injuries.
Both directions of U.S. 192 closed and reopened.
