Tampa Police called to crash near The Florida Aquarium

TAMPA, FL – A crash was reported near the Tampa Bay History Center around 5:45 p.m. Friday.

First responders arrived at the scene of the collision, Channelside Drive & South Meridian Avenue, around 6:30 p.m., as indicated in a traffic report page.

Police have not revealed how many vehicles and people were involved or if anyone was hurt. Updates will be posted to the news blog when they become available.
