1 killed, 1 injured in I-75 crash in Tampa
TAMPA, FL – One woman was seriously injured, and another was left dead after a crash on I-75 Sunday.
According to WFLA, the collision occurred around 12:15 a.m. A driver of a sedan was traveling on the northbound lanes of the interstate when for reasons unknown, the vehicle stopped working in an outside lane.
Another driver tried to avoid hitting the stopped car but was able to do so, and collided with the sedan.
The sedan driver, an unidentified 25-year-old man, succumbed to fatal injuries, while the second driver, an unnamed 20-year-old woman, sustained serious injuries.
