Man hospitalized after being shot multiple times in Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE, FL – A man in his 40s was sent to the hospital after he was shot several times Tuesday morning, First Coast News revealed.
The incident took place before 10 a.m. on the 12300 block of Sumter Square Drive East. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office speculated the shots were fired due to a domestic dispute between the man and another person.
Upon arrival, emergency crews found his body near a car. He was taken in for treatment, but there is no official word on his current condition.
There is no personal harm to the neighborhood. At this time, Jacksonville deputies have the potential suspect in custody.
