Motorcyclist fatally struck by car in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, FL – A motorcyclist’s life was claimed in a collision with a pickup truck on Town Center Parkway Sunday.

As indicated in a report from News 4 Jax, the crash happened near the St. Johns Town Center. A driver of a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck turned right from St. Johns Bluff Road South and struck a motorcyclist who was traveling west on Town Center Parkway.

The motorcyclist, an unidentified man in his 30s, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

It is unclear if the driver of the pickup truck was hurt or if any indication was made of pending charges.
