2 hurt, 1 dead after driver runs red light in Largo

LARGO, FL – A driver ran a red light and struck a truck turning at the Keene and Belleair Road junction, which left two hospitalized and one dead Saturday.

The driver who ran a red light was identified as Kimberly Murzyn, Bay News 9 reported. Murzyn and the passenger with her – a child – were sent to the hospital for treatment. The child is in recovery, while Muzyn suffered fatal injuries.

The truck driver was also taken to a hospital for unspecified injuries and is in recovery.
