1 hurt, 1 dead after Jacksonville motorcycle, bus rear-end crash
JACKSONVILLE, FL – A motorcyclist was left dead and a motorcycle passenger was seriously injured after they crashed into the back of a bus Wednesday night.
According to News 4 Jax, a bus driver, with three passengers on board – turned left from Mustang Road onto Phillips Highway. The motorcycle operator, a man, and the passenger, a woman, were transported to a hospital. The man suffered fatal injuries, while the woman sustained serious injuries.
No one on the bus was harmed.
Florida Highway Patrol said charges will be brought after an investigation begins.
