Man, 57, hospitalized after 2 semi-truck crash in Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE, FL – A 57-year-old man was sent to the hospital when his semi-truck sideswiped another tractor-trailer on I-10 around 9 p.m. Thursday.
News 4 Jax said the 57-year-old man was along I-10 because he stopped to inspect a possible tire issue. He tried to go back on the highway and did not see another tractor-trailer coming. As a result, he sideswiped the tractor-trailer and became trapped underneath the tractor-trailer.
First responders rushed the 57-year-old man, where he is now being treated for serious injuries.
