TAMPA, FL – A 26-year-old man had crashed his black pickup truck, then fled the scene on foot prior to being arrested Monday.
FOX 13 News said this crash happened around 11:45 p.m. on Rideout Road. Hillsborough County deputies discovered no one was inside the truck and were able to find the suspect — Angelo Juan Pedrosa — walking at a fast pace on 78th Street.
