Driver airlifted to hospital following solo-car wreck in Naples
NAPLES, FL – A woman driving a black car was airlifted to a hospital after she crashed into a fence and mailbox before 2 a.m. Tuesday on North Logan Boulevard.
This happened near Hickory Wood Drive. NBC-2 said that upon arrival, first responders flew the unidentified woman via a MedFlight helicopter to Gulf Coast Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The Collier County Sheriff’s Office started an investigation and has yet to confirm if the woman was impaired, was speeding, tired, or distracted prior to crashing into the fence and mailbox.
