Driver fatally strikes pedestrian in North Fort Myers
NORTH FORT MYERS, FL – A pedestrian walked in front of a vehicle at Bayshore Road and Crescent Lake Drive and was hit, leading them to die from their injuries.
This collision happened before 7 p.m. Tuesday. NBC 2 said the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
They came to the conclusion that the pedestrian was at fault since they walked in an area unfit for pedestrian traffic.
The pedestrian, whose name was not released, succumbed to fatal wounds at the scene.
