Motorcyclist’s life claimed in crash with vehicle in Iona

IONA, FL – A motorcyclist succumbed to fatal wounds in a collision involving one other vehicle Friday along the Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club.

NBC-2 said this crash happened around 8:15 a.m. at the McGregor Boulevard and Iona Road junction.

An investigation has started. Officials have not yet disclosed the events leading up to this crash or revealed the name of the motorcyclist who passed away.
