1 teen hurt, another killed when boat collides with St. Pete dock
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – One 15-year-old boy sustained injuries, and another 15-year-old boy was killed when their 18-foot boat crashed into a dock Sunday.
St. Petersburg Police told MySunCoast that at around 4:30 p.m., crews were summoned to Bayshore Blvd and Connecticut Avenue. First responders were able to pull the boat operator and his passenger from out of the water with assistance from a Good Samaritan, but the passenger succumbed to his injuries.
