1 hurt in Miami vacuum truck rollover wreck caused by Honda driver
MIAMI, FL – A driver of a blue Honda sedan lost control of their car, drifted out of their lane, and then crashed into a vacuum truck, which led the truck to overturn, injuring its driver.
NBC Miami said this collision happened after 7 a.m. on SR-874 North along Kendall Drive. Footage showed that the truck came to rest in a grassy median and was completely rolled over.
Florida Highway Patrol also indicated that Miami-Dade Fire Rescue had to extricate the truck driver from the vehicle prior to him being sent to Kendall Regional Trauma Center for treatment of serious wounds. They did not confirm if the car driver was injured or would be cited or charged for their involvement in this collision.
