2-boat wreck in Miami-Dade Co. claims men’s lives

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL – First responders declared two men dead after a crash between a 51-foot Azimut yacht and a 17-foot Key West vessel near Boca Chita Key Sunday.

This collision happened around 6:45 p.m. and involved 14 people in total, 7 people on each boat, according to NBC Miami.

Emergency crews did not reveal the events leading up to this crash or say if anyone was injured. More details will be provided as our newsroom comes to learn more.
