Car, minivan damaged in serious head-on crash in Cape Coral

CAPE CORAL, FL – A car and a minivan sustained significant front-end damage to their front bumpers after the vehicles had allegedly collided head-on Wednesday.

Cape Coral Police told NBC-2 that this crash happened at the Diplomat Parkway East and Del Prado Boulevard North intersection. Officers shut down westbound Diplomat to allow two trucks to remove the vehicles from the site and for the investigation process.

Police have not shared the events leading to this wreck nor confirmed if anyone was injured or hospitalized.
