Car crashes into Naples canal, sending driver to hospital

NAPLES, FL – A driver was taken to a hospital as a precaution after crashing their car into a canal in the Golden Gate community Saturday evening.

This solo collision happened in the area of 39th Street Southwest, according to WINK News.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office did not initiate any lane closures. Deputies started an investigation but have not been able to confirm the events that led to Saturday’s crash.
