Publix semi, SUV crash in North Naples, sending 1 to hospital
NORTH NAPLES, FL – A person was hospitalized for minor injuries after an Publix semi-truck and SUV collided, which also caused the car to overturn Monday.
Wink News said this crash happened around 9 a.m. at Immokalee Road and Tarpon Bay Boulevard, which caused the car to land on its side and the truck’s front bumper to sustain front-end damage.
The Collier County Sheriff’s Office closed two westbound lanes on Immokalee and has since lifted those closures. Deputies started an investigation and have not released other details.
