Male pedestrian, 33, fatally hit by driver in Wesley Chapel
WESLEY CHAPEL, FL – A 33-year-old man went against the pedestrian crossing signal and was hit by a driver who proceeded through a green light, leading to his death Friday.
This crash occurred at the Aronwood Boulevard and Bruce B Downs Boulevard intersection, WFLA reveals. The driver, a 51-year-old man operating a Chevy Express, was traveling south on Bruce when he unintentionally collided with the male pedestrian who blocked his path.
Florida Highway Patrol confirmed that the 33-year-old man passed away at the scene.
