School bus runs stop sign, causes crash that hurts teen in Collier Co.

COLLIER COUNTY, FL – An 11th grade girl sustained non-life-threatening wounds when she was struck by a school bus who ran a stop sign Thursday.

At the time of the reporting, the school bus had displays of blinking lights and deployed stop signs, according to NBC-2.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office did not specify the exact crash site location, reveal any pending citations or charges, state the events leading up to this wreck, or say if the girl was hospitalized.
