At least 1 left injured after wreck on northbound I-95 in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, FL – Emergency crews responded to an injury crash Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 95 in Jacksonville, according to First Coast News.

The incident took place on the northbound lanes at Martin Luther King Jr Parkway (Exit 354A). It was first reported by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) at about 1:16 p.m.

Officials have not specified what led up to the accident, but by the time of the report, first responders had arrived on the scene where at least one person was reported hurt.

An investigation into the circumstances behind the event remains in progress.
