Car backs into Tampa McDonald’s, sending person to hospital
TAMPA, FL – Patrons’ lunches were cut short after a driver had reversed their car into a McDonalds, hitting two people and sending one of them to the hospital.
This single-vehicle wreck occurred before 12:30 p.m. Thursday at 100119 East Adamo Drive, WFLA reported. Photos from the source showed that it was a Hyundai Sonata that backed into the restaurant, indicating slight damage to the car and a nearly totaled window, with several pieces of glass scattered on the booths and the floors.
It is not immediately clear what led the driver to reserve the restaurant.
