Car overturns in Miami, sending person to hospital
MIAMI, FL – A driver was either entrapped or pinned inside their vehicle, extricated, and then airlifted to a hospital after a rollover crash on Sunday.
After the car overturned, it came to rest in an embankment off Krome Avenue and Southwest 56th Street, according to WSVN. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue confirmed they used a Jaws of Life Technique to free the passenger.
First responders did not confirm if the individual was a driver or passenger or provide an update on their physical condition.
