Collision closes section of Semoran Blvd north of Orlando Int’l Airport
ORLANDO, FL – Authorities were called to a major crash Friday evening on Semoran Boulevard in Orlando’s Airport North area, according to FL511.
The incident occurred on the northbound lanes of the road (State Route 436) at Hazeltine National Drive, in an area north of the Orlando International Airport. It was first reported at about 8:08 p.m.
At this time, no information indicating the events leading up to the wreck have been shared, but the scene had a section of the northbound highway shut down.
It was not immediately apparent how many vehicles or parties were impacted, and no clearance time has been announced.
First responders have also not confirmed any injuries.
