Collision near Naples Airport sends pedestrian to hospital

EAST NAPLES, FL – A pedestrian was hospitalized for serious injuries after they were struck by a vehicle east of Naples Airport Monday night.

NBC-2 said this collision took place at the Radio Road and San Marcos Boulevard intersection.

Following the crash, Collier County deputies closed the westbound portion of Radio Road to accommodate the scene clearance and investigation process.

No additional information, including pending charges or citations, has been revealed.
