Crash on Yellow Bluff Rd. in Jacksonville kills 1, seriously injures 2

JACKSONVILLE, FL – A single-vehicle rollover in North Jacksonville yesterday claimed one man’s life and left two others in critical condition.

According to a report by WTLV, the collision occurred as an SUV was heading north on Yellow Bluff Road at about 2:20 p.m.

Police say the driver lost control for unknown reasons, causing the vehicle to veer off the roadway and overturn.

One of the occupants was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other men were taken to area hospitals with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries. Their identities are being withheld pending further investigation.

Yellow Bluff Road was closed for several hours following the crash, it has since reopened.
