Deputies called to hit-and-run crash near University Christian School

JACKSONVILLE, FL – Jacksonville deputies were made aware of a hit-and-run collision that occurred near University Christian School Wednesday afternoon.

Deputies arrived at the scene — the 5600 block of University Boulevard West — after 3 p.m. Officials have not indicated if impairment, speed, or distracted driving played a role in this crash. They have also not provided a description of the suspect and their vehicle.
