Deputies on scene of crash near Herlong Recreational Airport

JACKSONVILLE, FL – Jacksonville deputies are investigating a collision that happened east of the Herlong Recreational Airport after 4 p.m. Thursday.

Deputies responded to the crash site — the Normandy Boulevard and Country Creek Boulevard — after 4:15 p.m. It is not immediately clear if anyone was injured, nor have deputies revealed the exact cause of this collision or listed the number of people and vehicles involved.
