Dirt bike crash in Dade City claims life of 11-year-old boy
DADE CITY, FL – An 11-year-old boy was taken to a hospital where he later succumbed to fatal injuries after a dirt bike crash Sunday, Tampa Bay Times revealed.
This collision occurred around 10 a.m. at the Dade City Raceway located at 36722 State Road 52, when a dirt bike rider “jumped a hill” and struck the 11-year-old boy who was also going over that same hill.
The 11-year-old boy had sustained injuries to his shoulders and was airlifted to a hospital for treatment, where he later died.
An investigation has begun, and officials have not released other information about this collision at this time.
