Driver, 16, loses life after crash with trees in Naples
NAPLES, FL – A 16-year-old boy was driving when he lost control of his Jeep Cherokee, drove off the road, and crashed into two trees, leading him to succumb to fatal wounds.
NBC-2 said this crash happened before 8:30 p.m. Friday on Vineyards Boulevard. Florida Highway Patrol said first responders rushed him to a hospital, where he later died from critical, life-threatening injuries Saturday.
Officials have not revealed if intoxication, speed, tiredness, distracted driving, or other factors contributed to this single-vehicle collision.
