Driver escapes car fire on SR 836 in Miami-Dade Co.
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL – A driver was able to escape their white car either before or just as their vehicle burst into flames on SR 836 Monday.
This incident happened before 4 p.m. near Northwest 87th Avenue, according to WSVN. Footage indicated that the fire had completely left half of the vehicle burned.
First responders said they blocked several lanes of traffic to render any necessary aid to the victim and to accommodate the investigation and scene clearance process.
Emergency crews did not confirm whether the fire was caused by mechanical issues or resulted from a crash.
