Driver fatally strikes cyclist in Wesley Chapel
WESLEY CHAPEL, FL – A bicyclist suffered fatal injuries when he was hit by a driver in the area of Eiland Boulevard and Golf Links Boulevard Sunday.
According to WFLA, the collision took place around 11 p.m. The cyclist, a 50-year-old man, was riding without lights, prompting the driver to strike the bicycle and cyclist.
The cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
