Driver fatally strikes pedestrian in Naranja
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL – A driver of a black Cadillac sedan was hospitalized, and a pedestrian died after a crash in the Naranja district around Sunday.
WSVN said the collision was reported around 3 a.m. The Cadallic was wrecked after overturning and ramming into the side of a strip mall. Its driver was either pinned or entrapped and was extricated by medics via the Jaws of Life. The motorist was then airlifted to Jackson South Medical Center for unspecified injuries.
Officials only identified the pedestrian as a Hispanic man in his 40s. No other information is available.
