Driver makes U-turn, crashes into Ives Estates home
IVES ESTATES, FL – A woman driving a white pickup truck tried to make a U-turn and sped to avoid hitting an on-coming vehicle, leading her to crash into a home Monday.
This collision was reported before 10:30 p.m. at the corner of Northeast 213th Terrace and Northeast 12th Avenue, WSVN indicated.
No one, including the driver and home occupants, appeared to have been harmed. However, the exterior wall sustained some cracks. A building inspector was called to the site to inspect the damage. It is unclear if the integrity of the building has been compromised.
