Elderly male pedestrian killed in hit-and-run in Miami
MIAMI, FL – A man in his late 50s, early 60s lost his life after he was struck by a driver who fled the scene in the Allapattah area Thursday, CBS News says.
This collision occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the vicinity of Northwest 7th Avenue and Northwest 15th Street. Preliminary details show that the man may have stepped off a curb and entered the street of on-coming traffic when he was hit by a Hyundai vehicle.
