Failed attempt to change lanes leads to fatal Ft.Myers rollover crash
FORT MYERS, FL – An SUV driver lost his life after he tried to move from a center lane into a left lane, leading him to lose control of his car and it to roll over Thursday.
This collision happened after 7:30 a.m. along Livingston Road, according to NBC-2. After the 43-year-old man from Naples lost control of his SUV, he drove into a median, where his car overturned numerous times.
Following this rollover wreck, the man died from his injuries at the scene, and two other vehicles collided. It is unclear if anyone was injured in the second collision.
Florida Highway Patrol began an investigation and has not provided other details at this time.
