Failure to yield causes fatal crash in Orange Park

ORANGE PARK, FL – A female driver died after she failed to yield to oncoming traffic while turning left, crashing with another vehicle Tuesday.

News 4 Jax indicated the woman was traveling south on Blanding Boulevard while the other motorist was going north. As indicated in the source’s photo, the white and black car both suffered significant damage.

The drivers were taken to Orange Park Medical Center, where the second driver sustained minor injuries, and the woman died.
