FHP summoned to big rig crash in Apopka

APOPKA, FL – Florida Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a tractor-trailer crash on State Road 429 south of Maitland Boulevard around 6 a.m. Thursday.

Upon arrival, Florida Highway Patrol advised drivers to take southbound SR-429 along SR-141 to accommodate the scene clearance and investigation period, according to Click Orlando.

Officials have not stated the exact cause of this crash, said if anyone was injured, or specified the events leading to this wreck.
