Fire crews called to auto fire in Miles City

MILES CITY, FL – Fire crews and Florida Highway Patrol were summoned to a vehicle fire reported on I-75 West at milepost 81 Wednesday.

At the time of NBC-2’s reporting, troopers were advising motorists to proceed with caution as firefighters worked to extinguish the flames and as paramedics rendered the necessary aid to those involvement.

Fire crews did not specify whether the fire resulted from a crash or mechanical issues. In addition, it is unclear if anyone was injured.
