HCSO investigates injury collision in Gibsonton

GIBSONTON, FL – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the events behind a Thursday evening crash in the East Bay Lakes area that injured at least one person.

HCSO was dispatched to the scene, the intersection of South U.S. Highway 301 and Symmes Road, before 5:30 p.m.

Deputies have not commented on the exact cause of this collision, the kind of occupants and vehicles involved, or if anyone had to go to a hospital.
