TAMPA, FL – A driver of a car crashed into a concrete barrier on the Howard Franklin Bridge during a construction zone, leading to significant delays on Tuesday, WFLA said.
It is not immediately clear what caused the motorist to lose control of their vehicle and then collide with a concrete barrier. It is unknown if the driver and passengers (if any) were injured.
