Hit-and-run crash in Gladeview claims man’s life
MIAMI, FL – A pedestrian’s life was claimed after a hit-and-run crash Wednesday, Local 10 reported.
The collision occurred near Northwest 79th Street and Northwest 22nd Avenue.
The driver did not render aid and fled the scene after hitting the pedestrian, an unidentified man.
First responders arrived at the scene and found the pedestrian was unconscious. They took him to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
North Miami Avenue and NE 1st Ave. were closed but have reopened since.
