Hit-and-run driver causes fiery collision in Phoenix area

JACKSONVILLE, FL – A driver of an unspecified vehicle struck another automobile, causing it to catch on fire before fleeing the scene in the Phoenix area Sunday.

This fiery collision occurred before 3 p.m. at the Phoenix Avenue and Dyal Street intersection, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies have not provided a formal statement regarding this hit-and-run nor released a description of the hit-and-run motorist.
